Closed on New Year’s Day (Jan 1), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, All Saints’ Day (Nov 1), Christmas Eve (Dec 24), Christmas (Dec 25), and New Year’s Eve (Dec 31).

Large groups visiting the museum are highly encouraged to book in advance by emailing [email protected].

Guided tours are only available by appointment. Please email [email protected] to book a slot.

At the ticket booth:

Visitors are encouraged to use contactless payment during ticket and museum shop transactions.

Inside the museum:

Social distancing of at least (1) meter will be strictly observed at all times. Please follow the stated maximum number of people per gallery.

Do not touch any of the items on display in the museum.

Damaging, defacing, and stealing museum displays are not tolerated.

Please refrain from rowdy behavior for the benefit of other visitors.

Parents, guardians, or teachers must supervise visitors ages 12 and below. Tour coordinators are liable for the behavior of the group.

Photos and videos for non-commercial purposes are allowed. Professional/formal shoots are not allowed.

Mobile phones must be switched off or kept in silent mode.

Follow all the instructions of museum personnel.

The museum reserves the right to end tours/visits prematurely, should there be any violation of the house rules.

Upon entering the museum:

Temperature will be checked. Visitors that have a temperature of 37.5 degrees or 
more will not be allowed to enter.

Those who exhibit COVID-19 symptoms  will not be allowed to enter the museum.

Sanitize hands by using alcohol or hand sanitizers available at the ticket booth and the reception desk.

Face masks must be worn properly at all times.

Please avoid bringing big bags during your visit to the museum. The baggage counter will be closed until further notice.

Food and drinks are not allowed in the museum. You may leave your items at the museum baggage counter.

No pets allowed inside the museum.
